Orders

We require all orders to be faxed or emailed. When placing an order, include quantity, pattern/name, number, color, shipping instruction and marking. Minimum order is (1) one yard per individual item on all fabrics and trims.

Prices

Prices herein quoted are net wholesale. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Most shipments are made via DHL, FedEx, UPS, FOB Los Angeles. All shipping and special processing charges are additional.

Terms

Net 30 days upon approval and FOB. We accept wire transfers on all orders. If this might seem inconvenient then we shall work through another method of payment.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom order or large quantity orders where HA FABRICS specifically places a special order on any existing or active color/design

Silk Fabrics

Silk is a natural fiber and due to the variations that occur during the weaving process, pattern matching is not guaranteed in large checks. Our products are not guaranteed for color match, color fastness, or against fading, wearing, shrinkage or water staining.

Dye Lots

Dye lots do vary from one shipment to another. Texture and color will vary between samples. Always request a Cutting For Approval (CFA) and reserve appropriate yardage. We will reserve yardage for eight (8) business days. We can not accept returns or issue credit for dye lot variation unless a sample was submitted with your order.

Inventory levels are subject to change throughout the day without notice.

Samples

Fabric memo samples and cuttings are available upon request. Call us or email your request.

Inspect Fabrics

Inspect ALL goods before cutting. Instruct your workroom or upholsterer to check for correct pattern and color, yardage, any flaws or weave defects. Fabric can not be returned for credit after it has been cut.

Returns and Claims

No claims are allowed for labor under circumstances. No claims allowed for fabrics that has been treated, washed or cut. All returns must be authorized and are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%. Request for return authorization number must include invoice number, pattern, color, quantity and reason. No returns after 30 days. Returned goods must be marked with RA number with packing slip enclosed.

Special Processes

KNIT BACKING – cotton knit backing is recommended for upholstery usage. We provide knit backing process upon request. Contact us for the Backing price per yard. CRUSHING – any color of silk dupioni solids can be custom crushed. Minimum order is one piece size (25 to 30 yards). BASKET WEAVE – Six styles of novelty pleated silk dupioni. Any color of dupioni solids can be made to order. Minimum order is one (1) yard. Allow additional 5-10 days for special process. Rush orders are subject to additional service charge.
